Recently we have had a whole lot of fights at my school. Someone constantly fighting someone else. People think its necessary to fight another person if they just look at them in what seems as being the wrong way. No one turns the other check any more and just walk away. Look how many times Jesus turned the other cheek in his life we need to be more like him and not be so willing to respond with violence.

You're so right! In today's world it seems like kids are taught to fight back no matter what. In some cases I might agree but we should always take Jesus' example. With what usually happens in school settings, the first reaction should be to turn the other cheek. I always tried to stress to my students when I was teaching that the better person is the one who walks away from a fight.
